Hours of Operation

We service caterings between 7:00am and 2:00pm.

After Hours Events

After 2:00pm: After hours events will be cleaned up the next business day unless other arrangements are made. In the event you request a catering attendant to be at your event after 2:00pm an afterhour’s fee of $50 per attendant will be charged per hour of service.

Rush Orders

Catering requests within 24 hours of delivery time will be charged a $35 service fee. You will be required to call or stop by the Café to make place your rush order.

Booking Time

 Please order your event the week prior. The website accept orders up to 7:49am same day as the catering, pending that we have the items requested available and in stock. Starting at 8:00am same day you will have to call the kitchen to order 513-573-6268. Rodney.craig@L3harris.com.  Caterings cannot be booked without your 3 cost center numbers and attendees names. Please include your Account Code Number, your Project/Program Number and your Department Number, along with your attendees names. 

Cancellation

24 hours’ notice is required. If your cancellation is within 24 hours we will have to charge accordingly for any food that was prepared that we cannot use in our daily cafe.

Allergy Notice

 All of our food is prepped in a kitchen that has nuts, milk, wheat, and all other possible food allergens. If you have a food allergy please make us aware.

Replacement Cost

Please be advised that if any kitchen dishes, baskets or silverware are taken or misplaced your event will be charged a replacement cost of that dish. Help us by not taking dishes away from the events.

SPECIALTY LINEN, RENTAL EQUIPMENT, FLOWER RENTAL & DECOR

Please ask about how we can enhance your event. Specialty linens, flowers, and decor are available upon request. China service is available upon request for an additional charge.
